The most structured cup in the range. Chocolate and honey sweetness with candied orange lifting the finish, and enough body to hold its shape in milk.

In the bag right now: Finca Huixoc in La Democracia, Huehuetenango, grown by José Alejandro Solis at 1250 to 1740 masl. Bourbon, Caturra, Catuai and Mundo Novo, fully washed and dried in the sun. The estate has been in the family since the 1940s and runs its own wet mill on spring water.

Tierra Alta is one of our year-round single origins. The lot inside changes with the harvest. The profile does not.
