How we source & roast
We roast each batch fresh to order in our 25lb San Franciscan right here in San Luis Obispo, California.
We build our seasonal rotating coffee menus with only the top 1% of fresh crop coffees, which we purchase through many of our direct to producer relationships. We always pay well above Fair Trade prices, and always buy the very best quality available, which is in large part why it tastes so good!
Our roast profiles are meticulously developed and then consistently replicated using the best roast logging software on the market, which ensures we can bring out the inherent character, sweetness, and balance of each coffee we buy, every time. We think you'll love it.
