How Your Subscription Works
Skip a delivery, switch to a different coffee, or change how often it arrives. It is all in your account, and none of it needs us.
Log in to your subscription
Log in with whichever address receives your HoneyCo emails. We send a code by text and email.
Change your coffee
Swap to any coffee we roast, whenever you like. You are not locked to the one you started with, and it takes about thirty seconds.
Change how often
Anywhere from every week to every six weeks. If coffee is arriving faster than you drink it, stretch it out rather than stopping.
Everything else you can do yourself
- Skip a deliveryGoing away, or still have plenty. Skip one and the next arrives as normal.
- Change the amountAdd a second bag, or drop back to one.
- Change the grindWhole bean, or ground for how you brew.
- Update address or cardMoving, or a new card. Both take a moment.
- Pause or cancelNo phone call, no waiting on us.
