Due to its perishable nature, we cannot accept returns on coffee purchases. However, we want you to be happy with the coffee you receive. If you aren't satisfied with your order, contact us at email@example.com within 30 days & we'll be happy to help you find the perfect coffee for you.
We're happy to return or exchange any apparel or houseware items (jewelry excluded). Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order & we will provide you with a return label to send the items back to our roastery.
Please contact us if you are missing items from your order or items have been damaged in transit and we will send out a replacement right away. If possible, please include a photo of the item and/or box with your message.
