When your order goes out
We generally roast on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, and ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on a roast day usually go out that same day. Everything else goes out on the next shipping day.
Orders placed over the weekend are roasted and shipped on Monday.
How fresh it arrives
Your coffee ships the same day it is roasted or the day after. We never warehouse roasted coffee and we never ship a previous batch, so depending on where you are it reaches you one to three days off roast. The roast date is printed on every bag.
Coffee needs a few days after roasting to settle, so with shipping time it is usually ready to brew the moment it arrives.
