We roast most days of the week, and your coffee ships within 1 to 2 days of roasting.

When your order goes out
We usually roast on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, and ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on a roast day usually go out that same day. Everything else goes out on the next shipping day.
Orders placed over the weekend are roasted and shipped on Monday.
How fresh it arrives
Your coffee ships the same day it is roasted or the day after. Every bag we ship comes from the batch we just roasted, so depending on where you are it reaches you 1 to 3 days off roast. The roast date is printed on every bag.
Coffee needs a few days after roasting to settle, so with shipping time it is usually ready to brew the moment it arrives.
