Caramel, citrus, dark chocolate.
Medium-light roastBright & Rounded
We love coffee from Colombia. Cordillera is our year-round label for our favorite single origins. It's especially good on drip or pourover.
Whole bean keeps longest. Choose a grind based on your preferred brew method if you don’t have a quality burr grinder at home.

Good to know
Shipping and freshness
We generally roast on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and ship Monday through Friday, so your coffee goes out the same day it is roasted or the day after. We never warehouse roasted coffee, so depending on where you are it lands one to three days off roast, with the roast date printed on the bag.
How to brew it
We use 20 grams of ground coffee to 300 grams of water. A scale is the reliable way to get there, but roughly three to four tablespoons per mug will get you close depending on the coffee.
Coffee needs a few days after roasting to settle, so with shipping it is usually ready to brew straight out of the box.
Keeping it fresh
Store it somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight. Use it within two to three weeks of the roast date for the best of it.
