Here's a quick peek into how we brew our single origin espresso. For those who want a brighter and juicier espresso than our HoneyCo Classic, pulling any of our production roasts as espresso is the way to go.

For single origins, we typically go with around 20 grams in, and 40-45 seconds out, in 24-27 seconds.  These are bigger shots than the 34g we typically pull with HoneyCo Classic, but they are super sweet and juicy for all of you looking for a nice bright shot.
